  1. Crocs Sizing

    Crocs Sizing

If you've not bought Crocs Flip Flops & Sandals before
It's simple, just order your UK shoe size. Crocs are a true to size fit.

If you've got an old pair or have owned Crocs before
Crocs sizing changed in the summer of 2014, which means how you work out your U.K. size is now different. Crocs have the U.S. size printed on the sole. So to find your UK size from an old pair of Crocs follow the simple rules below:

    Kids
Kids is simple because the U.S. size and U.K. size are the same, so if you have an old pair you can order the size as on the bottom of your old pair.

See all the Kids Crocs here.

    Women's
For women's deduct 2 from the size printed on the sole. So if you old Crocs have an 8 on the bottom you should order a U.K. 6.

    See all women's Crocs here.

    Men's
For men deduct 1 from the size printed on the sole. So if you old Crocs have a 10 on the bottom you should order a U.K. 9.

    See all men's Crocs here.

    Unisex
Some Crocs are available in unisex sizing. These Crocs have a size for men (M)

  2. Salt-Water Sandals Fit Guide

    Salt-Water Sandals Fit Guide

What size of Salt-Water Sandals you should buy is not as easy as ordering your regular size, for that the brand apologises. There is good reason though. The Original Salt-Water sandal was designed in the 1940's and they are still made using the same old shoe lasts (moulds) with their own unique sizing system.

We understand that while this little quirk adds to their charm, it also makes it tricky to work out what size to order. You can find size guides at the bottom of this page and below we outline some tips on how to ensure your sandals have the ultimate in snugness of fit.

    Step 1

It's good to know that the sandal is supposed to fit close at the heel, in other words, your foot is meant to be sitting close to the back end of the sole. At the front, there is a line of stitching and we advise that your toes are just on or just behind the line, not creeping over it.

    Step 2

It's also good to know that Salt-Water sandals can take a bit of stretching. If at first, they feel tight across your

Here at Flip Flop Shop, not only have we converted the sizes for Havaianas into UK sizes, but we have also created an in-depth written guide for converting sizes on the different Havaianas styles.

    Havaianas Slim Flip Flops

The Havaianas Slim flip flop is designed specifically for a narrower foot shape with a reduced width to the sole of the flip flop, especially at the heel of the foot. 4. What is the Difference Between Havaianas and Ipanema Flip Flops?

What is the Difference Between Havaianas and Ipanema Flip Flops?

You might be here because you’re interested in getting a new pair of flip flops, and you’ve narrowed your search down to Havaianas flip flops and Ipanema flip flops and you can’t decide between the two, or just because you like learning about your favourite brands. But what is the difference between these two?

We get asked this question a lot because at first glance they appear to be very similar. We’re here to compare both brands and tell you everything you need to know about them.

Both Havaianas and Ipanema come from similar parts of Brazil, and they both sell millions of pairs of flip flops every year, but they are not the same. First, let’s look at their history!

    Havaianas' History

First created in Brazil in 1962 by Robert Fraser, the name Havaianas is derived from the Portuguese word for Hawaiians. Havaianas were the first rubber flip flops to be patented, thus Havaianas are the inventors of the flip flop as we know it today. Based on the traditional

  5. Discover the Support and Style of Archies Flip Flops

Discover the Support and Style of Archies Flip Flops

When it comes to flip flops, Archies stands out for its unique combination of comfort, support, and style. Designed with the modern user in mind, Archies flip flops incorporate several key features that make them a top choice for everyday wear.

One of the standout features of Archies flip flops is the built-in arch support. Unlike regular flip flops, which often offer little to no support, they provide orthotic-grade arch support that helps maintain proper foot alignment. This reduces strain on your feet, ankles, and knees, making them an excellent choice for those who are on their feet all day or suffer from foot pain.

Another great feature is the tight straps designed to eliminate the need for toe gripping. In many traditional flip flops, wearers often have to grip with their toes to keep the footwear in place, leading to discomfort and potential foot issues. Archies flip flops, however, have snug straps that hold your foot securely, ensuring that your foot is braced for impact, protected,

FlipFlopping Around Cuba, Bestival, Catalonia and Munich

My name’s Vicky, although most people know me as VickyFlipFlop. I’m a travel and festival blogger and am now your regular columnist here.

I love a good flip flop adventure so I thought I’d use my travels to give you a few new ideas for cool places to explore, and which flip flops to bring with you from the great selection on here.

    My September flip flops

After a disastrous flip flop month in August where I tripped over my broken suitcase in the middle of the road in Montreal and snapped my green and silver Havaiana slims I was happy to get some new ones this month. I’d had to get by on some New York Yankees specials from Walmart, which lasted all of about a week in the Adirondacks in New York before they looked like I’d had them all my life.

So this month I have mostly been wearing my Roxy Sevilla in Brown for smart and the Havaiana Slim Fresh in Black and Pink for daytime and all other activities.

    Cuba

It’s been a busy month for my flip flops, although they definitely got some rest during
