Viv Rowdon Yoga Teacher

It's the sense of peace, calm and space from practicing yoga that inspired actor and Garden Classroom teacher Viv Rowdon to train as a yoga teacher last year.
"Taking the time to concentrate on your breath can have such powerful effects on everything from your body image through to dealing with anxiety and self-esteem," explains Viv. She now uses the breathing techniques that she's learnt through yoga in her work with young children.
Viv switches from trainers and boots to her favourite Salt-Water at the first hint of spring.
Having a shoe with a flexible sole is important, and Viv often wears her Salt-Water sandals with tights on colder spring days
Sarah Dickinson Wild Swimmer
We also caught up with cold-water swimmer Sarah Dickinson to find out what attracts her to ice-cold water (brrr!).
"It's a complete mood changer, you always feel more positive after a quick dip. It's good for you physically but also mentally – it's an amazing way to de-stress, get some perspective, feel alive, and start the day." Sarah lives in London, where her favourite swimming spots are Tooting Bec Lido and the Serpentine, but when she gets a chance she heads west in search of the crystal clear lakes, lagoons and beaches of Wales. Obviously at this point we assumed Sarah would say Cornwall!

Flip flops are a poolside essential and Sarah is a die-hard traditional Havaianas fan. Her all-time favourites are Havaianas Brazil Logo Black but this spring she’s planning to inject some vibrancy into her wardrobe with Havaianas Brazil Logo in this season’s colour, Orchid Rose.
"The soft soles are also perfect for navigating bumpy terrain on the way to a newly discovered swimming spot," says Sarah.
Fiona Smythe Sailor
Growing up in the city, Fiona Smythe always felt disconnected from the sea. It was watching sailing videos while baby-sitting that first gave her the urge to set sail and crew a boat.

However, it wasn’t until years later, while travelling in Australia, that she first plucked up the courage and helped to crew a yacht around the Whitsunday Islands.
Fiona hasn’t looked back, and when she isn’t racing yachts you can find her dashing off to St Anton or Val D’Isère to enjoy both the ski and the après ski. Fiona keeps her trusty Teva Originals close by for last minute adventures.
